Corgi's are so damn expensive and it's hard to find a good breeder, how does someone acquire one?

Acquire one at your local shelter. They'll love you for it.

The odds of finding a corgi at a shelter are astronomical, the only dogs at my local shelter are pit bulls and Chihuahuas.
