You'll never hear "wish we had a dog" either. More ammo perhaps; air cover, maybe. You might even hear someone say he wished he was still at that brothel in Bangkok, but nobody is going to wish for a pet.

Not going into battle, but I'll definitely wish for a dog if I'm ever in a mine field or conducting a building search

For a mine field , I would wish for a robot,urban combat a dog, field,wood, jungle ect, my old team.
