Write an email. Remember that girl that had the same problem with a tootsie roll pop, how it didn't have any chocolate in the center? She ended up getting 40 boxes of 30 packs in each box.

This actually happened to me. I biting the bar waiting for the crunchy part to come, but it never did. It was still good, and I didn't mind eating it
