That's ridiculous. Who the fuck knows that they're pregnant at that stage? It's very common for periods to be late so most women aren't gonna take a pregnancy test until 6-9 weeks
Depending on the state and the way the girl is raped he will not get it.
Plus I just couldn't bring myself to get an abortion just due to being raped. Now I do not have a problem with other girls doing it. I just could never punish a unborn child for the sins of the father.
I would rather give the kid up for direct adoption or keep the baby than have an abortion. But I am a Sunday school teacher soooooo...
I'm pro-life and would definitely put the baby up for adoption in this case. I've just seen too many cases where rape victims were forced to share custody w/ their rapist, so I think it's better if they never know about the pregnancy in the first place.

Aborting a less than 20 weeks "old" fetus doesn't cause any pain in the fetus, that is generally agreed upon in science. A fetus is not only not a person, it's not even a being as long as these cell structures could not survive without the mother. More than 98% of abortions take place before the 21st week of pregnancy. There is no punishment other than trying to cause remorse in women, based on lies. Any decision of a mother should be accepted, but - mainly for her own sake - it should be based on her knowledge or her emotions, but not on delusions.
Hay I am pro choice 100% just me personally could never do it. Not unless I am told the baby is going to kill me and there is no way to save it or me.
I grateful for abortion now being legal. If it wasn't for it being legal many doctors would not learned over the years what is the best way to do an abortion. And if they hadn't learned how to do so my Mom would have died years before I was born. She was pregnant with a baby between me and my older brother see there is a 9 year gap between my older brother and me. But between us was a baby who was stuck in her tube and it would of killed her. But she had an abortion and it saved her life. So I have no problem with pro choice just for me personally I don't want to.
@halfdeadhammerhead actually biologically speaking, as soon as the sperm and the egg combine, it has 23 chromosomes that make up a human dna and the cells begin to divide in a way that creates a human. It, at that point, meets the requirements to be considered life by biology definitions and is then considered to be a person. Just because it cannot survive without the mother doesn’t mean it isn’t a living thing. If you take the idea that many pro choice arguments do which is that it is more of a parasite, a parasite cannot live without its host and it is still considered to be alive. Thus so is the baby. And since it has the correct genetic and atomic makeup to be a human, is a living person. Just because a soda can is shaped the way it is doesn’t mean it isn’t aluminum just like an aluminum sheet is aluminum. Scientifically, this is what I was taught in my college biology courses.

" It, at that point, meets the requirements to be considered life by biology definitions and is then considered to be a person" - You're deliberately confusing things here. First part is undeniably correct, the person part is pure delusion. This 'person' has the personality of an amoeba.
But personality is not an a requirement for human life. Someone who is in a coma has no personality but they are still a human. And can you explain why it is confusing? I thought it was rather clear and would like to reexplain in a way that makes sense if possible.

You are confusing the definition of what is a person with the definition of what is life. A person in a coma had a personality before s/he fell into that coma, and if s/he isn't gaining consciousness again, there's going to be a (legit) debate about ending this life as well. Calling a less than 20 week old fetus a person is an attempt to make women feel bad for making a decision that is already traumatizing enough, even without people interfering with something that's just not at all any of their business. They're not the parent and they're for damned sure not the fetus so they' just need to shut the fnck up.
@halfdeadhammerhead no need to get emotional and tell people to shut the fuck up. I’m simply putting that accord to science, they are alive. And according to science, they have the atomic makeup of a human so they are thus a human. Just because someone doesn’t have a personality doesn’t mean they aren’t human. A person in a coma is still a person regardless of if they will regain consciousness. The debate between ending the life there is because they won’t regain. You’re talking about a “fetus” or a “baby” that one day will gain consciousness. So by your own definition, the fact that they will one day gain it, means they are a person.
Also, it is my own rule to bow out of arguments when people start to get heated, emotional, and personal. So I’ll end with those are my thoughts and believes based on teachings from around me. You have yours and I respect your right to do so. You’re still a beautiful person and have a wonderful day.

Fuck you. Seriously. Have a wonderful abcess on your arse. Keep on pretending you're a reasonable, balanced person. You're just another delusional blockhead trying to control other people's feelings and decisions. You like moderation? Fuck you twice. You just like telling people what to do, to believe and to feel.
Thirteenth state I wouldn't live in.
