Ah, "man up". The infamous term used by men who dont understand it and women who hate them. Man up doesnt mean put your shit in a cellar. It means deal with it. Solve your problems. If you need some extra hands, get some extra hands. If you need to talk to someone, talk to another man. Its more likely theyll be able to help you than speaking to women(not saying that women cant help with certain issues, its just men need to talk to men sometimes. If its so bad to your ears, switch it to women, then think about it like that). But dont bottle it up and then sob like a bitch when it comes down on you. Because if you do, youll be seen as the guy who couldnt get his shit together and it crushed him.

Personally I have never heard a woman say this. It's usually men. Their desire to be manly is poisonous to other men.
