Are you saying the moon grows and shrinks? The only way to show it on paper or a screen is with an optical illusion, which this is not. The Moon doesn't change size. (It does... but by cm and I'm not really going to fucking argue tidal orbits right now).
The moon's orbit is in fact elliptical and is sometimes closer to the earth. When the perigee of the moon's orbit coincides with the full moon, we get a super moon which appears much
much larger in the sky due to increased proximity and perceived brightness :P
