My daughter and my husband love wrestling. I -.- well I am forced to watch.
Every school year she gets a new backpack. For 2nd grade she picked a neon green John Cena backpack. And of course she was the only girl to have it. She loved her bag but many days kids picked on he about it and said it was a boys bag. At school before kids go to class they put the backpacks into girls/boys piles and go play on the playground. Every day she found some teacher took her bag and put it in the boys pile.
It got to a point where she said she didn't want to use it.
I told her if you don't or do use the bag the teasing will never stop kids will always tease or bully. But how you take it is what matters. They can never hurt you emotionally if you don't let them. Throw what they say back at them. If they say "hay you have a boys backpack" say "Why do you care is it because you want to kiss John Cena?Do you want to smoochy smoochy with him?"It made her laugh and she used the bag till it broke.
I don't want her to be scared to be who she is. I don't want her to back out of a fight from fear of losing either. I want her to learn to take care of herself and stand up for her self. I teacher her also not to start the fight but make sure you finish it. And to stand up for the ones who need the help.
As a Sub I see way to many kids get picked on for the tiniest of things. I have seen one boy picked on because he laughed weird. One kid got picked on because he had on blue socks. And the kids go to teachers saying the kid is picking on me and the teachers just say stay away from them.
It's gay though. Seriously. (Prepare for tons of dislikes)

Why do people feel the need to share this stuff? Just do it, no need to make a post for likes. And why the need to specify it's a conservative workplace. Just sounds like they want likes to me. Good people don't brag about being good.
Or it might just be a post because the one who posted it wanted to promote others to like what they like even if it is a bit out of the norm. Not everyone is a Paul brother.
