You inhale 100x more smoke around a bonfire than from a damn stogie... unless you're constantly moving so the fire blows downwind; which on a beach it never will... shit's gonna swirl like a mofo.
That's BS. That smoke is literally WAY more dangerous; it's totally unfiltered and it's just literally whatever is in the wood burning. Have you ever smoked a bug? I have.
I've also had bonfires create a week-long cough. Never had a stogie do that. Hell, even with weed it took the greatest hotbox of all time to even compare to ONE bonfire.
due to the differences in chemicals in a cigarette, they are actually more dangerous than a bonfire.
also, people with allergies to certian chemicals can't be around cigarettes but are fine with campfires. (these people are also often allergic to certain perfumes)
none of which takes into account smell.
not all cigarettes have chemicals blasted into them. American spirits for example.
Still not healthy.
Also, the sheer volume of smoke you can accidentally inhale around a bonfire is far greater.
I'm aware. But this is the minority for cigarettes, unfortunately.
And the arguement was never "bonefires aren't a vaild health concern" the arguement was "its completely valid to have issue with cigarettes and not bonfires"
<_< truth.
