Black Panther could wreck Batman, and it's mostly the suit. I feel like Bruce Wayne could beat T'Challa in a fist fight, but Black Panther ultimately wins at being the more effective suit combined with the man inside.
Only with the black panther powers in him though. If it were the powerless duel like what happened in the movie for tradition, then T'challa may be in a pickle
