Too many times

My sleep schedule is super unstable but when it sticks to something it's usually something like 19:00 to 11:00 or something so if I hear birds I know it's almost time for sleep

It's like a clock. Where I live they always start after 03:00 and before 03:30

Birds at my house chirp at freaking midnight.
