Are you up to the task?

A good body guard doesn't have to be jacked. They just need to be able to recognize and deal with anything before it becomes a problem. If something has escalated so much that it becomes violent they're either not doing their job right or the crap has hit the fan. If it's the latter their job is to protect you and extricate you, not deal with the problem. They let people like the police, who's job it is, deal with it when possible. Besides he's not going to punch you he's just going to shoot you.
