Daily routine (at least 4 days a week)
- wake up at 4am (my tip : put your alarm clock far from your bed)
- get dressed and drink a tea
- go out for a run at 4.45 am with my dog
- come home at 5.15 and do more exercises (plank , squats and abs)
- shower and get dressed again for my work
- eat breakfast (eggs, wheat and stuff)
- leave for work and take bus at 6.30
- start working at 8
- do my working day, come home, spend time with hubby and get bed at 10pm.
I've never felt as healthy as since I've been doing this. And trust me, i've always been a damn lazy ass with sleep troubles and back pain, and it's much much better since. :)
