I do agree with that statement. I love what Elon Musk does, even if his own creations aren't that great he pushes the industry (Space travel, electric cars, etc). Like, the HyperLoop is going to be a massive safety concern and currently barely functions but it's still initiative. This Thailand invention wasn't needed and was ultimately useless but my argument of him still doing *something*, whether it had an actual impact or was wanted is besides the point.

Elon was asked to help by some random guy on twitter, and the rescue chief did actually want the submarines (he asked for updates in the last email they had). Elon has sent over the submarines, in case they come in use elsewhere.

Elon sure did do something. He took advantage of the opportunity to promote Elon Musk.

I slept roughly half the trip going down. I've stayed up all night in preparation to go back.

Good plan, take some sleeping tablets if you struggle a lot. Plan trips in general are hard to get a good sleep on.

I sleep like a rock. Plus I do have a few games that I can play on my phone.

Of course I do have to deal with my little sister watching The Last Airbender (she loves it).
