The way to avoid these shenanigans is TO NOT SWEAR IN THE DRAFT IN THE FIRST PLACE. If you don't write it, they can't read it.

Or, and god bless for that, my school forced us to not use WYSIWYG softwares like word, but rather use LaTeX to do our reports, meaning I can include all the insulting comments I want, they will never see them in the output PDF
