As a brown/hazel eyed person I agree, green and blue are so beautiful. Green is sometimes blue and blue eyes are sometimes grey and the colours just mishmash and blend into a kaleidoscope of pretty. Brown eyes are still beautiful, I think it's harder to appreciate it when your own eyes are that colour, it becomes mundane.
Sometimes a strangers eye colour changes the way I imagine their personality to be. It's never in a negative light and I don't really know why. Example: brown eyed people seem more down to earth and calming, blue eyed people fun and trustworthy, I think it's because my brain has generalised all the current people I know and their traits in relation to their eye colours. Does eye colour play a role in first impressions for you guys?

Oh yeah. Like for example if you have black eyes (or really dark brown eyes) I just inherently don't trust you.
I don’t usually notice people’s eye colours tbh, but I find blue ones to be more calming.
I don’t really have an opinion on brown eyes as everyone in my family (except me) has brown eyes and they all have very different personalities.
That's interesting. Eyes are the first thing I notice, mostly because eyes are a big indicator on someone's mood and eye contact is important to me to make someone feel comfortable and safe. Everyone in my family except my sister and I have blue/green eyes. Like you said, everyone has varying personalities and eye colour doesn't effect personality. I was talking more about the generalisations towards eye colour and personality traits associated with them.

The eyes are the most expressive facial feature so it makes sense to notice them first.
"With you, my brown-eyed girl
You, my brown-eyed girl" I was obviously singing this line BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE MA BROWN EYED GIRL!
Anyway: Sha la la la la la la la la la la DEE DAH
Just my thought.
