OK, I'm not one of those people(Whoever they are) and I fully support breastfeeding. But WTH does this child not have on a diaper of some sort?

It’s probably in Europe somewhere. They are both more open about breastfeeding and more open about their bodies, many young children run around shirtless or naked at the beach
