This can be a polite way of bringing the error to their attention / letting them know not to mess with you. If it was an accident, they’ll notice their own name and probably realize their mistake. If they’re trying a power move, you’re meeting them at their level.

i get called the wrong name in emails by customers, happens a lot, i call them by different names in the reply also
