In context to the episode- the coyote does catch him, but due the the way the episode goes, when he does, the Road runner is a towerin giant over the tiny coyote, who isn’t even as large as the birds toe. Hence “what do you want me to do with him?” With the bird looming over the coyote like an ostrich next to an insect, the coyote has no hope of actually doing anything asides maybe annoying and angering the giant.

I know this is odd, but fuck him.
