I mean- I get if you’re on the rack and have four 45lbs plates loaded on each side that you might need 5 minutes between sets. That’s cool. But... at 5 between sets there’s enough time to unrack that weight, hit a couple sets for the lighter weight crowd, and have your plates back on. It’s called working in. Take 20 minutes for all I care, as long as you let people work in. And for the love of glob don’t make them ask. You see them hovering for the rack. Ask them if they’re waiting, and if they wanna work in. It’s just manners.
