Aren't there two just in Dallas that interchange with 35? SRT and 635. This one isn't any of those

Looks like spaghetti Junction in Birmingham, UK...and there seems to be a few more. Not all of them are 6 stack, but at least a couple are:

that looks like one of the interchanges in Shanghai. I may be mistaken tho. But I really think it is
