Not sure if this is a real thing... I've seen plenty of penguin exhibits and never seen this happen. In any case, glad he has a solid job but the easiest solution would be to put a canopy over the enclosure.

I'd honestly love that as a job. Hanging out with penguins all day and picking them up continuously seems like an easy job.
