First rule of time travel: don't kill Hitler. Yes, horrible things happened, but would you have had the technology or the circumstances to travel back in time to kill him if you killed him?

If someone from the future comes & tell you to do or not do something, how can you sure he/she is not a bad person trying to destroy the world?
