Unless you need your customers to integrate directly with your TMS or employers to integrate direction with proprietary software, having an app makes little sense the majority of the time.

I've been using the FS mobile site for years. Wasn't there an official app for it? I completely forgot about it after using it only once.

There still is, and I'm pretty sure it gets quite a bit of use for mobile users... however, what applies to social media companies isnt really applicable for most other businesses in this particular scenario.

I have the app on my phone but I go to the actual site to get on it on my phone. I use the app to tell me if I got notifications. lol

I was using a mobile site, then they made app instead. I don't use that.
