Entirely. I wore shorts yesterday. Today I need a sweater. Its supposed to be warm tomorrow.

In missouri it's a rule to always have a sweater or light jacket in your car

I get that. I can't tell you how many times I've left a jacket in the car or in the house and regretted it later because I didn't need the jacket before, but now its freezing.
