Maybe they like the idea of their fans touching them. Like maybe that's their excuse for touching. Excuse me sir or madam may I please touch your buttocks? I do fancy your sportsmanship.

Those dots are not even three-dimensional like Braille. It's most probably meant to raise awareness and donations but it's definitely pretty daft and quite the invitation to joke about it.
