Yup, they'll help you first. Which is why I'll get one (sticker, not baby) as soon as I have a car.

Not help you first, they will know to look for a small child that may have been dislodged from their seat. By putting on in a car without kids ever, you'd be wasting the paramedics time, and yours, since they will likely look for the kid before tending you.
