It was relevant because IPads don’t use data- if it’s not connected to the internet, I wouldn’t be able to go online at all.

Ipads can use data. I've worked for phone carriers. Ipads can be put on data plans so they can use data as well as wifi.

Mine is unlimited so I'm good lol it doesn't even slow down after a certain amount of use.
