Although Hank looks like he‘s on drugs, he is the happiest looking one in the picture

Inbreeding by money-grubbing puppy farms had given Hank brachcephaly with associated popped eyes and chronic breathing issues. I wish these terribly unhealthy breeds would be infused with DNA from other breeds. It's the only way to restore the health of the breed. This is currently being done with the English bulldog.
