I made some amazing sunny side up eggs the other day. I'm still thinking about them. I got the perfect amount of salt, garlic and onion powders, and pepper sprinkled perfectly, the white part was spread sufficiently and cooked correctly as to cause that slight crispiness on the edge, but nothing runny on top besides the yolks, which I successfully folded over while putting them on my plate as to not crack them prematurely.... so good. Also used butter instead of spray oil.
