I don't think it does in this circumstance as I don't believe that the UN considers a transgender man to be legally different from a cis woman and the change in terminology from pregnant woman to pregnant person doesnt change anything as anyone that is biologically female is considered a woman by UN legal definition.
If you want to see the actual legal documentation its all available online however I'm perfectly happy to have my stuff be hearsay if it means I don't have to slog through stupidly organized stacks of UN legal documents.
Fine ill use US law as precedent for the assumption of global definition. Black's law dictionary (most commonly used law dictionary in the US and not uncommonly used everywhere else) defines a woman as anyone of the female sex of the human species.

also have a quote from the
The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
which is a UN document
"The Convention defines discrimination against women as "...any distinction, exclusion or restriction made on the basis of sex which has the effect or purpose of impairing or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment or exercise by women, irrespective of their marital status, on a basis of equality of men and women, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural, civil or any other field.""
-
It defines discrimination against women as being on the basis of sex which by extension defines woman as being defined by sex. That is the logical chain that would be used in a legal situation and would be accepted in a legal situation.
