Had to add something myself

Ok...... so the first panel and second panel are super obvious. The third panel is a boss actively working against the team, that ladt oanel though.... I see that and I think: “terrible employees?” Like- the boss is giving them simple directions which way to go and they are going the opposite? Or maybe boss with no authority? The boss is clearly giving instructions but can’t get the employees to listen? Of... a person in power who is both lazy and so incompetent they are facing the wrong way? Context implies the last one- but everything about the image implies the first two.
