Was it Christmas Eve? Were they all wearing black? Did some rando with a beard buy them the steak quesaritos they thought they'd ordered and tell them to apologize?
This is more or less true. Like both of them can be real asshats but people who are supposed to be adults usually fuck with employees more.
I say if you eat at a shitty fast food joint, you should expect shitty service. No place that is required to serve every customer in less than two and a half minutes is going to get every order right 100% of the time.
I work at a retail store and wednesday’s are our senior savings day and i intentionally ask off for those days for this exact reason. can’t stand putting up with the bs demands and complaints of older folks. not all the old people are terrible customers, but all the terrible customers have been old people.
So what's your point? You've had a different experience than other people? You want a medal?

This post comes up every month or so.
Old people are still awesome because they remember when my birthday is. They still suck because they lose it when they can't use expired coupons.
Young people are awesome because they give rave reviews and bring a nice energy to retail. Young people suck because they believe they are the exception to company policies that prohibit commercial photography ("It's not commercial photography. It's for a client").
Some people suck, some people are awesome.
That's the way it had been for at least 4,000 years; I bet that's the way it will stay.
