we learned about that in AP U.S. history the other day

It seems particularly relevant. What I can’t belive is that so many of the people supporting this are people like me who lives through the Reagan era. It’s been 30 years and the same people who supported or even who were against the missile defense plan are now wanting another kind of Wall. I swear- we need to give that 5.7 billion to NASA and let’s put this to bed once and for all. Since these people won’t be satisfied until they have some sort of useless boondoggle of artificial security- the curiosity mission was about 3billlion dollars. So for 5.7 billion- let’s have nasa send a laser rover to build a rock fort on Mars and protect us from aliens from beyond the asteroid belt.
