Kronosaurus queenslandicus, which means "Lizard of Kronos", is an extinct genus of short-necked pliosaur that lived around what is now Australia and Colombia during the Early Cretaceous period. Kronosaurus was one of the largest pliosaurs, measuring up to 34 feet long and weighing around 11 tons as well as having up to 4.7 inch long teeth. Given its large size, it would've been the apex predator of its environment, preying on large turtles and plesiosaurs (one specimen of Eromangasaurus, an Australian elasmosaurid plesiosaur, was found to have bite marks on its skull from Kronosaurus). Kronosaurus went extinct around 100 million years ago, existing for around 20 million years, likely due to more advanced predators like mosasaurs out-competing it.
