Given both my experience with cops and my experience with highway traffic, I'd be hesitant on the legit, but I've seen far crazier shit.

Especially if the dad has friends in the department. Also it depends on the area. In small towns I can SO see this happening.

There'd have to be a 55 zone though... so for a small down it would be on the outskirts.
