Flight delayed in Japan. Airline employees bow to the passengers to apologise

ANA did this right before they opened their ticket counters too so it's not just for apologizing.
Wonderful airline.

I flew to Japan with a Spanish airline, they are telling us to fuck off after a 20h delay when trying to get some compensation

I just love the way politeness and respect are valued so highly in Japan.
