Seriously, you'd think people would understand this.

I don't wanna sound like a jerk...but I don't want someone's help if they will just do it wrong

i have this issue at work, i know the best and most efficient way to do things, but this one guy does it his own way, causing further delays. ie, it took him 5 months to complete one order, i did it in 3 days.

This is my dad, if I don't do it his way, he insults me. However, I'm supposed to know how he does it, without him telling me.
