Except that's not "computers updating," that's "Windows updating." No other OS is so stupid.

Well people didn't update their systems so they had to do something. It's the safest way and we all know it won't do it when you have unsaved work.

And I have it on manual update, it will tell me there are updates and I install them. It's free updates baby

Windows asks before shutting down. I've had android apps shutdown without any notification, whilst in use. So if you ask me, it is the exact opposite.
