That's what a vacation is for
Mother: we took a freaking flight to get here (she strongly dislikes flying) and spent huge ass amount of cash in this trip! You better make the best of it, Puppy!
Puppy (me): okie dokie *stays in bubble bath for 2 hours, goes to sleep at 8 pm listening to the ocean waves, has huge ass breakfast then processes to have another 2 hours bath*
I was living the dream.

Oh, I agree with the rest of it. I just don't want to have to serve myself at breakfast. In Vegas the breakfasts are insane. Too much food, and you can sit there for as long as you want. I sat there with my coffee and m&m ice cream and enjoyed the sun. Then I played 4 hours of blackjack. Came back for more food. More blackjack. The. I passed out at 8, woke up at 4, more blackjack and went back for breakfast.
.
The best vacations (if that’s your actual goal) are the ones where you relax so much you get tired of relaxing and want to go home.
My vacations always have 2 activities: relaxing and learning.
Relaxing is basically lots of bath, buffet and sun bathing (all hail the beautiful beaches with white sand and no kid!)
Learning is experiencing new things in the strange place like the economy, geography, history,... basically the culture in the place.
If it were lack of either, it'd just be wasting of time and money.

@Rosalinas I agree. The best vacays are the ones with a balance. When I go to Europe I come back more tired than I leave, because there’s so much to see and not enough time. Vegas on the other hand is a place you go literally to become a degenerate. Not really my thing, but once in a while.
.
I’m really looking forward to South America, as well as your part of the world. I think those will both me more balanced trips.
