Lol. When undergoing brain surgery they’ll commonly give you a task. For an accomplished artist or thinker or performer they’ll often tie that task to a motor skill or knowledge set that to you is important and basically second instinct. There are a few reasons. Often fines brain surgery requires you to be conscious- and such tasks help distract you. But also while they poke and cut at your brain it gives them an idea when they are hitting something important. If an accomplished musician suddenly starts playing like a 3 year old- that’s bad.
