Don't wanna ruin the beauty of it, but isn't this practically the same exact thing as making art out of ivory?

I guess you could say that but I don't think skulls are as sort after or rare, rather than killing the animal or chopping off it's tusks like you do with ivory, skulls are pretty common cause every animal has it and you'll get it eventually once it dies. Then again you could say that about ivory so idk.

yes and no, bones are ivory but ivory hunters kill the animal and just take the horn/ tusks etc. skulls are normaly sold from already dead creatures.
