I found this on my walk home from dinner

My kids and I did this over the winter this year when the subzero wave moved through. It was awful knowing the homeless would be out in that kind of weather. We gave out hand warmers, gloves, scarves, socks, and hygiene kits. It was so nice to show the kids the kindness of giving back.

These are all over my town from fall to spring

It's extremely annoying if someone who doesn't need it, steals it.
