Pancreas. Your pancreas hates you for drowning it in sugar. Your liver pretty much doesn't give a shit because it can bounce back from most things.

oh your liver definitely hates you for drowning it in sugar. It expresses that hate by turning all of that sugar directly into fat, dont pass go, dont collect 200 dollars.
