The Moscow cat is a single occurrence of a mutation, not a reoccurring one. From what I could find, this is actually a photoshop, the Moscow cat is actually WAY more striking, and the are multiple angles and photographs to prove its genuine.

Thanks, I stand corrected :) Of course it would have to be the one time I didn't have time check the sources. I was on my lunch break and thought 'hmmm, looks like a decently respectable website'. I should honestly know better than to trust random articles on the internet. Lol.
