i picture like a cartoon he is going down the street clicking and behind hi there are like all kinds of cars crashed on the side walk the dog is halfway up the light post holding on for dear life one car on the fire hydrant water everywhere and the blind guy just oblivious riding and clicking a way.

I don't know if any of these statements about what he can recognize are true but apparently he really does use echolocation and he's taught loads of other people how to use it as well. Even did a TED talk.

It's on the internet so it MUST be true...
