The characters are good.
But someone who acts like them are not at all good.
Oh please, they likely aren't even able to do 1/1000 of what the characters do but just talk loud as of they were cool or something to be "chill and careless" like deadpool or twisted like the jocker.
Self-identifying with a fictional character and impersonating a character are not the same things. I self-identify with Deadpool because of his way of thinking, the way he loves his partner and the way he feels about life, not because his voice sounds cool, or because he has a great butt (though he really does). I'm not planning on going around with a Hello Kitty backpack nor wasting bad guys. People who impersonate fictional characters are a bit 'off' in the head, I've met few, I know what you're talking about. But that's not what the OP was talking about, and not what I was talking about.
That's completely true. Especially when you don't know why they're acting so weirdly (because you're not familiar with the behavior of the character they're impersonating) and then later on you watch the show/movie/anime with that character and you're like 'whaaaat the helllllll....' and you start piecing it all together. It turns out those people are not even aware they're behaving weirdly, who knows, maybe they just don't care, OR they actually think their behavior is cool and whatnot.
