Shoes aren't allowed on the furniture so I can't kick up my feet and relax while I'm waiting with them on

Shoes are always the last thing I'm putting on. Always. If I need classy shoes, I'm wearing my sandals downstairs to my couch and then putting on my shoes. If I'm going to the gym, I'm wearing my sandals until I get there and THEN putting on my J's.. if I'm doing yardwork, those shoes are in the garage and I'm wearing my sandals to get them. If I'm doing nearly anything else, I'm wearing sandals... and they are still the last thing I put on.
