Harold Herr was on parole for kidnapping and raping a 5 year old girl 20 years ago. he kidnapped this girl threatened to kill her if she didn't get undressed and do what he wanted. after he was done he took her for ice cream from there he was taking her back when he saw cops got spooked and dropped off the girl. temar boggs and a friend saw some of this happening and at some point started following the guy and then helped the girl get to authority. so the girl wasn't unharmed but did come out alive. herrs who was 73 got 50 to 100 years in prison. fast forward and temar goes and robes a grocery store pleads guilty to armed robbery and is doing 10 years in prison. no one was a winner in any of this.
