Is there any legal thing that guy can do against FedEx or any way to replace, this is what stops me from ordering from amazon and such places.

Often if something arrives broken Amazon will replace it if you file a report with them. If Amazon is not the seller and the seller does no replace it Amazon will give you back a credit worth the amount you paid.

Good to know, the only thing I've personally ordered from Amazon is a book series and it arrived just fine. Thanks for the response.

Retailers normally have a blanket insurance policy against shipping damage so they are happy to replace it.

Fucking hate Fedex assholes. Charged me 30$ for import of a product nowhere found in my country that costed 40$!!
