Filled with love, but tired

I agree with 90% of this post, but my neighbor's old dog is the most high maintenance dog I've ever seen. Needs to be let outside every hour to potty, whines constantly when the TV is too loud or the lights are too bright... I love her so much, but she is not low maintenance by any means!
